Elyseum Fertigparkett combines carefully selected hardwoods with a precisely engineered three-layer construction. The origin and compliance documentation for our timber is maintained through established sourcing controls, with FSC® or PEFC certification available where the relevant product and shipment are covered by the applicable chain-of-custody requirements.

At the heart of each plank is plantation-grown Hevea brasiliensis from Indonesia. Primarily cultivated for natural rubber production, the timber is utilised for our core layer once the latex-producing cycle has ended. A plantation-grown Sengon balancing layer completes the construction. Together, Hevea and Sengon account for approximately 70% of the finished plank by volume.

This three-layer structure supports a premium hardwood surface while providing the dimensional stability and durability expected from engineered flooring. It also enables the selected face species to cover a greater flooring area than if the same thickness of hardwood were used throughout a solid plank.

Environmental performance is documented rather than expressed through broad environmental claims. Our products are supported by independently verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), together with applicable emissions testing, certifications and product documentation.

We use timber more efficiently and with less impact on the environment than a traditional timber floor.
